Vegito toys with Super Buu, then lets himself be absorbed. Inside, the Potara effect ends and Goku and Vegeta return to their own bodies. Deep in digestive fluid and strange space they find absorbed Gohan, Piccolo, Goten and Trunks and pull them from cocoons. Super Buu's power plunges as those absorptions peel away, but further in, the old good Buu is trapped. Vegeta knows pulling him out will turn Buu into pure evil, yet reaches anyway to cut the root. Voices of swallowed friends echo far off; the body's balance collapses and Super Buu's shape starts to break. Goku hurries the escape, but the most dangerous core is waking. The Potara cannot be used again; the only way out is the exit from inside. There is no other refuge.
