Goku fights up Muscle Tower floor by floor, from gate guards to ninja to a blizzard roof, and meets Android 8 — Hacchan — a kind machine who refuses to kill and still stands with him. They climb to General White, who takes Hacchan's internal bomb hostage and pins Goku with snow and a giant monster, until rage lights Goku's fist and the general goes silent as the tower itself collapses into the snowfield. The Dragon Ball returns to Goku; Hacchan stays with the village. A boy's straight-line charge snaps a giant organization's gears for the first time. From here the war goes total, and the next enemy's scale jumps hard.
